Day 4 of Rehearsal for our Annual Christmas Ball at the Blue Ocean Music Hall. Fresh off a sicky trip to LA, we hit the practice room hard to make sure this show is something to write to Santa about.
Without trying to spoil any suprises, we ae having to figure out these supremely difficult classical pieces. The melodies are unconventional and the harmony that supports them even more so. Stretching our ear training skills to the max. By the way we considered renaming our band “To the Max” at one point. But that name really would only work if we strictly covered Bay Watch music cues.
The show incase you haven’t heard is December 18th in Salisbury MA at this gorgeous, great sounding, huge venue. Sells out around 750 so git yer ticketz nayow son!
